KritiOS Agentic Student Project ERPA crew of nine agents that takes every UG, PG and PhD project from title to final grade in 12 weeks.
The agents plan, verify GitHub work, pre-check every weekly module, suggest marks against a 100-mark rubric and keep supervisors, evaluation panels and admins on schedule. People make every decision that counts: accepting a week, awarding marks and approving the final result.

Watch a project run from title to grade
Type a project title and press Run. The crew plans 12 weeks, checks each submission, pauses at every human gate and builds the 100-mark result. The run is illustrative; its figures are modelled, not taken from real students.

—SUTRAMission log appears here. Every agent action and human decision is recorded.
Agent graph
One week, as a live graph of agents and people
Gold packets are work moving forward; red packets are rework. Hover or tap any node to see its job, or play a week and follow each hand-off.
The Crew
Nine agents in three divisions
Each agent has one job and a clear limit. Agents prepare, check and remind; supervisors, evaluation panels and admins decide.
How it works
The weekly loop
Every one of the 12 weeks runs the same five-stage loop. Gate weeks 3, 7 and 12 add an evaluation panel review.
SUTRA opens the week from the plan YOJANA wrote. The student sees tasks, the deliverable and the rubric criterion it feeds.
The student commits work, uploads the module report and submits. SHODH and KAVACH help with literature and ethics.
SETU confirms the GitHub link is in the student's repository. PARIKSHA scores the work and suggests a mark.
The supervisor accepts or rejects and awards the weekly mark. At gates the panel marks the review criteria.
GANAK combines supervisor and panel marks with the admin's weights and updates the 100-mark total.
If a week is rejected, re-reviewed or flagged, it returns to the student with the note attached. After three rejections SANDESH escalates to the admin.
12 weeks mapped to the rubric
Pick a level to see deliverablesGrading
10 criteria × 10 marks = 100, combined automatically
Supervisors mark the mapped criterion every week. The evaluation panel marks the same criteria at Review I, II and III. GANAK blends the two with the admin's weights, applies the Project Auditor rule and issues the grade.
Supervisor mark
Each accepted week earns 0–10 on its criterion. PARIKSHA suggests a mark; the supervisor decides. Weeks on the same criterion are averaged.
Panel mark
Review I (C1–C3, 30), Review II (C4–C6, 30) and Review III Final (C7–C10, 40) are marked by the assigned panel members.
Final result
Combined = supervisor × weight + panel × (1 − weight). If the Project Auditor approves, the result is out of 100; otherwise total × 0.6, out of 60.
Governance
Agents act alone only where nothing is decided
The approval matrix below is enforced in the portal. Every action, by an agent or a person, goes into the audit ledger shown in each week's discussion.

For a UG, PG or PhD student who wants a structured, mentored project.
- Self sign-up and AI 12-week plan
- AlgoProfessor mentor as supervisor
- Weekly agent pre-checks and marks
- Mock Review I–III with a panel member
- Grade card and completion certificate
Department
For a department running a final-year or research project cohort.
- Admin adds students, supervisors and panels
- One-click assignment and workload view
- Rubric marks combined automatically
- Marks sheet export and audit trail

FAQ
Common questions
Do the agents give the marks?
No. PARIKSHA suggests a weekly mark and a panel mark, but only a supervisor or panel member can award one. GANAK only does the arithmetic: averaging, weighting, the auditor rule and the grade.
How is the final 100 calculated?
Each of the 10 criteria is worth 10 marks. For each criterion, the supervisor's weekly marks are averaged and combined with the panel's review marks using the weight the admin sets (40% supervisor and 60% panel by default). The ten combined marks add up to the total. If the Project Auditor does not approve, the final result is the total × 0.6, out of 60.
Can a student work without an institution?
Yes. In the Solo Scholar model a student signs up, picks an approved AlgoProfessor mentor as supervisor and follows the same 12 weeks and rubric.
How does the admin add people?
From People & assignment, the admin adds students, supervisors and evaluation panel members, then assigns a supervisor and panel to each student with one click. People can also sign up and be approved.
Which literature sources are accepted?
Only IEEE Transactions and IEEE journals, Elsevier, Springer and Taylor & Francis journals, A* conferences, and white papers from recognised government, standards and research bodies. SHODH checks every reference’s publisher, venue and DOI, confirms the DOI with Crossref where the network allows, rejects preprints and formats the list in IEEE style with BibTeX export. Admins can edit the A* list and the minimum counts.
What does GitHub verification check?
SETU confirms each weekly link is a real commit, pull request, file or release inside the repository the student registered. The supervisor opens the link to confirm the content.
Where is the audit trail?
Every week has a discussion and activity log: submissions, agent checks, decisions, marks, comments, reminders and validations, each with a timestamp and author.
